In 2010, I sat at a government desk in India. Stable salary. Pension. Respect. Everything my parents had dreamed of for me. And a quiet question I couldn't silence: is this all there is?

It wasn't dramatic. It was quiet — the slow fade that happens when you trade curiosity for security, when you forget that your mind was built to build, not to file.

In 2014, I left. Not because I had a plan — because I couldn't stay. I went looking for my meaning, my purpose, my calling.

I experimented with many things. I worked on projects and startups. I failed at three. And then I stumbled onto teaching — and fell in love with it. I began coaching students for India's civil services, the UPSC.

But I realised something that changed everything: not every student is meant to be an IAS or IPS officer. So in 2018 I designed a course — "How to reach your creativity and build a business or profession around it." I fine-tuned it into startup and life education, and ran incubation centres across more than 300 colleges in India. That's where the deeper truth landed: a startup can't be a part-time activity squeezed beside regular studies. It needs its own home. The dream of a Startup University was born.

India's regulations wouldn't allow the kind of university I imagined — I tried in Pune and Mumbai and hit wall after wall. So in 2023 I moved to Dubai, a place open to new ideas and new concepts, and began building it. That work is still in progress.

And as I built, the AI revolution arrived. I realised the university didn't have to live in one city or one country. It could be virtual, global, open. LNS — conceptualised in India, built in Dubai, for a conscious world.

600 million Gen Z Indians are coming online in the next decade. They won't inherit the map their parents had — score, college, job, EMI, retirement. AI is redrawing it in real time. They'll have infinite information and almost no one helping them ask the one question that matters: who am I, and what is mine to build?

I built LNS for them. For the kid in a Tier-3 city who feels the same quiet question I felt. For the engineer who knows Python but doesn't yet know herself. For the founder who has a product but no purpose.
