I am Nitin Jadhav. I left a stable government job to find out the meaning of life and my own purpose. I experimented with many things. I stumbled upon teaching and fell in love with it. I built startups around edtech, and I co-founded a startup university initiative in Dubai. I worked across continents, formats and ages.
Every step taught me the same thing — AI will replace the kind of work that can be reduced to data and patterns. But human authenticity, creativity and each person's unique journey can never be replaced. That is why this moment is not about chasing the next job. It is about finding your meaning, your purpose — the one coded into you by nature, by the universe — and then building something around it using AI and startup skills that AI itself has now made accessible to everyone.
A whole generation is standing at a transition point no generation before it has faced. The old map — score, college, job, EMI, retirement — is being redrawn by AI in real time. And almost no one is teaching young people how to navigate it consciously. Career counselling tells them to upskill. Coaching classes tell them to compete harder. Self-help tells them to manifest.
