For years, campus incubation meant a locked room, a committee, and a lot of paperwork — a centre that existed on file more than in life. The LNS Startup Café & Lab is a branded, living space where students actually sit, meet, and build their startups — part café, part cowork, part incubation lab — backed by the full lns.life platform, trained faculty, and mentors who show up every month.
A physical home, a digital platform, and real human mentorship — each making the others stronger.
An LNS-branded Startup Café and Startup Lab — with LNS signage, board, and a physical LNS presence inside your institution. A real home for your student founders, not a dormant room.
Every enrolled student joins lns.life with full access — CF (Conscious Friend), the three doors, Build Home, and an institution-specific community that lives online between sessions.
LNS trains your faculty to run the space, and sends LNS mentors every month for lectures, workshops, and one-on-one guidance — so momentum never depends on one person.
LNS brings the system, the brand, and the people. You bring the space and the students. We run it together.
Universities everywhere are being asked to show real innovation and entrepreneurship activity — incubation space, mentors, events, student output — and to report it on a calendar. The Café & Lab lets you deliver on it, with the activity evidence your team can file, without building the system from scratch.
The first campuses to open an LNS Startup Café & Lab don't just adopt the model — they help shape it. The 2026 founding intake is thirty institutions. When it closes, terms change. Founding campuses receive priority and recognition later partners won't:
A clear path designed to move through a university's approval chain, at your pace. This year a campus can start with a student cohort on the platform while the Café & Lab is being set up.
Email us with your institution and a point of contact. We hold an intro call and share the Partnership Brief for your internal review.
We assess your space and co-design the Startup Café & Lab layout to fit your campus and student numbers.
We formalise the partnership and set up the LNS brand presence — board, signage, and the physical LNS identity on site.
We train your faculty to run the space and onboard your students onto lns.life with full access activated.
We open the Café & Lab and set the monthly mentor calendar — talks, workshops, and build sessions from day one.
We run it together, review outcomes and metrics, and expand across more students and departments over time.
We provide a concise Partnership Brief — written in the language your innovation and academic committees already use — that your faculty or officers can carry through the process, all the way to the Vice-Chancellor's desk.
A room or area we can shape into the Café & Lab, with basic seating, power and connectivity. We handle the design, branding, and setup. It can start modest and grow.
A physical place to build with their peers, monthly access to LNS mentors, and full access to the lns.life platform — CF, the three doors, Build Home, and the community — as part of the partnership.
It gives you a functioning incubation facility, an active mentor pool, regular innovation events, and trackable student output. We compile IIC activity evidence each quarter — participation, events, and student output — for your innovation calendar, not a claim about NIRF rank.
Your trained faculty coordinator runs it day to day, backed by monthly visiting LNS mentors and ongoing LNS support. It never rests on a single person.
Student privacy comes first, and we do not sell data. Personal content — journals and conversations with CF — is always private to the student; individual progress is visible to faculty only where that student opts in; the institution sees aggregate figures for reporting. Consent-gated by design.
We offer packages by depth of partnership — how much of the platform, mentoring and space the campus takes on. Founding campuses lock their terms for three years. We’ll walk through it transparently on the intro call — no obligation.
LNS is not a vendor pitching campuses from the outside. Nitin Jadhav left a government job to teach, built edtech ventures, ran startup and innovation programmes inside 300+ Indian colleges, and co-founded a startup university initiative in Dubai. He has watched what makes a campus incubation centre live — and what makes it quietly die.
Every founding partnership is handled by a named person at LNS, not a ticket queue. You will speak to the same people who design the programme.
"The students who went furthest were never simply the smartest — they were the ones who knew why they were building."
